All IKKA European members gather each year at the annual European Championships and twice a year at the IKKA Europe Training Camp which is being organised in a different European country. Below you’ll find the upcoming events. New events will be added on regular basis, so come back to see if there is something exciting going on in your area.

EUROPEAN championship October 8th - 11th 2026 - Athens, Greece
IKKA Europe is delighted to release the following information on the 2026 IKKA Europe European Championships. The event, which will include IKKA Europe Black belt tests, international seminars, international tournament and Celebration Dinner will run from Thursday October 8th to Sunday October 11th and will be held in Athens, Greece.
The 4 grand champions from last year’s tournament in Riccione will be invited back to teach and compete.
Please note that the tournament will start on Friday October 9th for all competitors and finish on Saturday October 10th.

Thursday October 8th, 2026 > 14:00 – 18:00 Seminars
18:30 Black Belt Technique Line
Friday October 9th, 2026 > Tournament Day 1
9:00 Competition briefing on rules followed by Q&A’s
10:00 Start Competition – All team & individual categories of all ages and ranks (except point fighting matches).
Saturday October 10th, 2025 > Tournament Day 2
9:00 Start Competition – All individual point fighting categories, all team fights & the Grand Championship finals (all categories).
20:30 Celebration dinner till late.
Sunday October 11th, 2026 > 9:30 Seminars

IMPORTANT NOTES!
1. Please ensure your registration is complete and accurate.
2. ENTRY REGISTRATIONS AFTER THE DEADLINE IS NOT POSSIBLE!
3. It’s NOT possible to register or to make re-entries on the competition day itself.
4. For youth participants, it is important to enter the correct height to avoid surprises and/or disappointments at the start of the division on the day of the tournament. Re-entry will then NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE!
5. If a participant competes in a higher belt level division, they must maintain the same belt level in all other divisions throughout the tournament.
